Prior to launching 5th Avenue in 2009, Frank served as president and CEO of one of the area’s largest construction companies for over 20 years. A father of three, Frank enjoys traveling with his family and is very involved with his children’s athletic programs. Family dinners are of utmost importance to Frank and his family. They strive to dine together at least twice a week. Frank and his son are certified scuba divers, and are currently working on their advanced scuba diving certifications. We won’t be surprised if Frank starts building homes undersea in the coming years!
Patrick was a residential homebuilding contractor in the Chicago area for almost 20 years before launching 5th Avenue in 2009. He holds a degree in accounting from North Central College in Naperville. He also holds a Quality Assurance Certification from the National Association of Home Builders and is certified by the International Energy Conservation. Patrick is an avid marathon runner and plays guitar in a folk-rock band. He also enjoys K-9 training his dogs, going on scenic bike rides, and most of all - spending quality time with his lovely wife and their three daughters.
Brian is originally from Tinley Park, IL. He spent 4 years at Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Apprentice & Training Program after graduating from Carl Sandburg High School. Brian is OSHA certified in construction safety and health. He is also UBC fall protection certified. When he’s not swinging a hammer, he’s swinging a baseball bat or a golf club, playing one of his favorite sports.
Talor is originally from Cedar Rapids, IA. She graduated from St. Ambrose University with a double major in marketing and management and a minor in organizational leadership. Talor was on the dean’s list for all 4 years of college. She was also captain of the women’s golf team from sophomore through senior year. Talor enjoys passing her free time golfing, painting and drawing.
Manny is originally from Mexico, and speaks both English and Spanish. He holds a degree from Harper College Palatine and also studied general construction at College of Dupage. He is an EPA certified CDL driver. Manny’s favorite hobbies are fishing and attending his children’s soccer and baseball games.
