5th Avenue Construction is boutique custom homebuilder that
caters to the southwest suburbs of Chicago with our current focus being in
Lemont and Naperville. We specialize in both the development of communities, in
addition to custom tear downs. Building a home can be very involved and
stressful for buyers so our dedicated team delivers a hands on, educational
approach with the goal being transparency above all else. Our clients consist
of home buyers looking to build new construction and existing homeowners who
seek renovation projects.
With 30 years of experience in the business, we can offer
invaluable knowledge into the construction process from ideation to
construction to completion. Today, 5th Avenue has a need for an in house designer
to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role has an acute attention to
detail, great project management skills, and a strong sense of design.
Successful candidates are autonomous, creative, organized, and appreciate
consistency of routine.
This year, we will be making a move to establish a footprint
in Florida. This will require candidate to travel once-twice a month out of
state to assess project status and opportunities with 5th Ave team.
We want someone who is driven to succeed and eager to learn
the ins and outs of new construction. This role requires project management at
various stages through the design and construction process. Most importantly,
candidates must have a collaborative attitude and work well with our team to
achieve unparalleled client satisfaction. It won’t hurt to have a sense of
humor and to be able to hold your own.
