5^th Avenue Construction is excited to announce that we are part of the 2021 Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association’s Tour of Homes. So be sure to save the dates for the 2021 Tour, during the weekends of May 15-16 and May 22-23. Participants will get the chance to walk through our newly constructed model home / office. Our new office/model home is located in the Estates of Montefiori in the vibrant community of Lemont.

This year’s SSHBA Tour of Homes showcases 10 different and newly built homes from the top custom home builders in Chicago’s western suburbs to offer customers a variety of homes located throughout western Illinois to view during two upcoming weekends in May 2021. Tour participants will have the chance to talk directly with builders like 5^th Avenue Construction and find the right custom home builder to bring their dream home to life or even purchase a home they visited during their tour.
